Naomi plays a key role in supporting the firm’s clients, making sure they have everything they need throughout the planning process. She helps update their accounts, schedule review meetings, and answer questions to ensure they feel confident about their next steps. Naomi is also Roseann’s point person, making sure critical tasks are taken care of so Roseann can focus on serving clients. Having grown up watching her mom at work, Naomi has a knack for recognizing what needs to be done, and she’s dedicated to delivering the personal, high-touch service Roseann’s clients have come to rely on.
Naomi is passionate about cultivating a positive experience for clients. She’s often the first face people see when they come to the office, and she exudes a vibrant, welcoming energy that puts them at ease. She understands the importance of reliable, personal support, and she knows that “little” things—like calling someone back and taking time to walk them through an issue—can make a big impact. She makes a point to respond to client requests efficiently, giving them peace of mind that they are heard and cared for.

Naomi lives in Tyler, Texas, with her husband Jairo (aka Jay) and their two dogs, Ranger and Riley. The couple spends much of their time wrangling their fur-babies, hanging out with their families, or participating in activities with their church. Naomi especially loves volunteering with the kids (she was a daycare teacher in college), and she enjoys helping with Vacation Bible School in the summers.
Naomi is also an avid reader—most of her shelves are filled with fantasy novels, and the others are home to various Lego sets—her other “introvert hobby.”
If you could eat only one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
I really like enchiladas, especially my mom’s—she makes really good enchiladas.
What or who makes you laugh?
My husband. He and I both grew up with a bunch of boys, and he makes me laugh.
What’s a movie everyone should see before they die?
I’m a big Disney fan, so I’m going to say Lilo & Stitch. I’ve been watching that frequently lately. I think it’s a cute movie about a family.
What can instantly put you in a good mood?
Food. If someone brings me food, I’m pretty happy.
If you could spend the day with a fictional character, who would you choose?
Rune, from The Crimson Moth duology. I loved her because she gave me Bridgerton vibes—she’s just the girliest girl, and so elegant. I love that. I would definitely want to spend a day with her.
